The Maltex Building is home to a diverse mix of local businesses — from attorneys and engineers, to marketing and design professionals, to sports apparel companies and health and wellness professionals. A tribute to the ease of doing business at the Maltex, many tenants have been with us for a long time. The building has also nurtured many well-known companies in their early days — companies that have eventually outgrown the Maltex to continue their successful growth.

Top right: Eric Hanson has been a tenant at the Maltex Building since 1994. His business, Hanson Investment Management (www.hansoninvestment.com) is an investment management business that manages equity and fixed-income portfolios for individuals and family groups, businesses, endowments and foundations. It also consults with individuals and institutions on financial issues. The company was founded in 1995.

Bottom right: Mike Nick of Coalision, a fast-growing company which owns and manages the sportswear brands Orage and Lolë and has more than 2,500 retailers across Canada, United-States, Europe, and Asia. The company employs nearly 140 employees across 4 offices around the world, with their US office located in the Maltex Building.
